1. Shipping Regions
We deliver high-quality Berlin streetwear to customers across Germany and Europe.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Germany: Flat rate of €4.99. Free shipping on orders over €50.
  • Europe: Flat rate of €9.99. Free shipping on orders over €100.

3. Delivery Times

  • Germany: 8–10 business days.
  • Europe: 8–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for customized items.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Monitor your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy
We want you to love your Berlin streetwear! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with tags attached

2. How to Return

  • Contact us at contact@meanberlin.de with your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack your items securely and include a copy of your invoice.
  • Ship the items back to our return address (provided upon request).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns within Germany: Free return label provided upon request.
  • Returns from Europe: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned items. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship the new one at no additional cost (for exchanges within Germany).
