Cancellation Policy – MeanBerlin

At MeanBerlin, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Order Cancellations

• Before Production: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After Production Begins: Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom & Personalized Items

• All custom and personalized orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the estimated production start date.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email us at orders@meanberlin.de with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If eligible for a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
